About DagFlo
Technical clarity shouldn’t require another meeting.
I’m Deepak Singh, and I built DagFlo after seeing how often good technical ideas got stuck in documents and follow-up meetings.
About a year into working at Meta, I was spending a lot of time writing technical and design docs for new projects. Even when the writing was thorough, stakeholders rarely understood the system on the first pass. It took more back-and-forth, more meetings, and more explanation before everyone could see the same thing.

A two-hour design meeting should have been a 30-second video.
In one design meeting, I spent two hours proposing incremental delivery for GraphQL federation at Meta—an approach I later implemented. The idea was sound, but getting everyone through the behavior, sequencing, and tradeoffs took far longer than it should have.
DagFlo exists for that gap: to make a dynamic system visible enough that people can understand it together, without having to reconstruct it from a static diagram or a 12-page doc.
The DagFlo approach
We built DagFlo tomake complex systemsmake sense.
Static diagrams hide the dynamics. Slide decks go out of date. DagFlo turns ideas, code, and systems into animated visual stories.
Understand
Reveal state, data flow, and logic step by step.
Explain
Guide attention with sequence and motion.
Align
Give the team one living source of truth.

See your system move.
Connect DagFlo to your coding agent and turn a prompt into a walkthrough.
