Terms of Service

DagFlo helps users turn prompts, code, diagrams, and technical context into visual stories. Features may include generation, editing, narration, MCP tools, codebase visualization, publishing, and sharing.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected coding agents.

You retain ownership of prompts, diagrams, source materials, code context, annotations, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”).

You grant DagFlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, render, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service and to perform actions you request, including generating, narrating, publishing, or sharing a visualization.

This license continues for as long as the User Content is stored by the Service and for a limited period afterward where copies remain in backups, security records, or systems subject to legal retention requirements.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content and authorize the processing described in these Terms. You are responsible for complying with employment obligations, repository licenses, confidentiality commitments, and third-party rights.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private encryption keys, regulated health information, export-controlled data, or other highly sensitive information unless DagFlo expressly supports that use under a written agreement.

DagFlo uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated diagrams, descriptions, code interpretations, and other output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. DagFlo output is not professional legal, medical, financial, security, or engineering advice.

When you publish a diagram or create a public link, you direct DagFlo to make the selected User Content available to others. Public content may be copied, indexed, or redistributed outside DagFlo’s control.

You are responsible for confirming that shared content contains no credentials, personal information, confidential material, proprietary code, or content you are not authorized to disclose. Removing a public link does not remove copies previously made by others.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, regulation, contract, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or confidentiality obligations.
• Access systems, repositories, accounts, or information without authorization.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, or destructive activity.
• Upload secrets or sensitive information in violation of applicable obligations.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass safeguards or rate limits, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or impose unreasonable load.
• Misrepresent generated output as verified or human-reviewed when it is not.
• Use the Service to harass, exploit, defraud, or harm another person.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others.

DagFlo and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, branding, templates, and documentation, excluding User Content. These Terms do not grant rights to use DagFlo trademarks or branding except as necessary to identify the Service.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

The Service relies on third-party services for authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, AI processing, narration, coding-agent connectivity, and other functions. Your use of a third-party product may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

DagFlo is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, including coding agents, repositories, AI providers, or content accessed through external links.

Some features may require payment or be subject to usage limits. We will disclose applicable prices, billing periods, and material limitations before charging you. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been provided.

We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice. Taxes are your responsibility except for taxes based on DagFlo’s income.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Beta or preview features may change without notice and may be less reliable than generally available features.

You may stop using DagFlo at any time and may request account deletion by contacting hello@dagflo.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DAGFLO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAGFLO AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAGFLO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DAGFLO DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

If you use DagFlo on behalf of a business or organization, you will defend and indemnify DagFlo and its affiliates from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights, except to the extent caused by DagFlo’s own unlawful conduct. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived are not affected.

Except where the law where you live requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction over DagFlo’s principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not required by law to be resolved elsewhere.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@dagflo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and DagFlo concerning the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the Service.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when changes are material. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
